Company was fine to work with and product arrived quickly and worked fine with my 1000HA as long as the battery wasn’t in because for some reason it would drain the battery. All I needed was the male connector of the cable because my old one broke so I soldered the new wire from charging brick on to my old charging brick and it worked fine. Didn’t contact company on battery issue because having a longer cable now is nicer and the soldering took me 10minutes, I probably just got a bad product.
