Buy a Dell. I tried to set up trial version of Office, the instructions provided are wrong. The version of Office loaded was wrong, and had to be removed, I had to buy the software (no free trial). Toshiba customer service is arrogant and bad. “Don’t blame us, that’s all Microsoft’s fault.”
Battery lasts about an hour or less, not three.
So, you don’t get what is advertised, but you get tons of finger pointing and frustration. Toshiba wants to sell you more stuff like off site back up, and they never stop letting you know with their pop-ups.
