    First of all, this ONLY fits MacBook Pros and not any MacBook; however, it fails to mention this anywhere in the advertisement. This sucks and took forever to arrive. Super annoying.

    This product is amazing. It has always treated me well, it keeps my macbook from being scratched during frequent backpack transport and everyday use… BUT when dust gets inside, it’s trapped in a way the permanently scratches my macbook. Wait…. WHAT?! It’s supposed to PROTECT IT, and using it GUARANTEES SCRATCHING?!

    misleading. disappointing. frustrating. wont buy from this company again.

    The case is sturdy and looks good on the MBP. However, it adds quite a bit of weight to the machine and it’s very, very tough to remove. And it must be removed once in a while for cleaning, cos dust does get in between the casing and the machine.

    Note: The clear case gives a glossy sheen to the aluminium grey of the MBP. I’m not too fond of this cos I prefer the matte look of the MBP. If I could make this decision again, I’d buy one of the coloured cases to make the MBP really stand out. Otherwise, right now my machine is just glossier and heavier. But well-protected, of course.

    So I bought this item for a friend for xmas and comes to find out it does not fit… so I sent the item back on 12/23/09 via USPS and have yet to hear back from anyone nor have I received a credit for the item. I tried to contact the seller but not option to contact them… any ideas how to contact this seller?
