    There was no problem with the product but I waited close to two weeks for it to arrive, which made it necessary for me to purchase it at the local Staples in the interim. With most online stores shipping a day or two after an order is placed, this order wasn’t shipped out for over a week. I wouldn’t purchase from them again.

    the product i ordered was supposed to be in retail packageing and it was not. the black ink did not last more than three days. i only printed fifty pages. i am not impressed with this at all.It was a waste of money. i will not order ink thru this site again unless the problem is fixed.

    This is the third time I have ordered from this company. I receive brand new, brand name ink cartridges in excellent order and within the time frame they allow. At this point, they are the least expensive for me for this brand of ink jet cartridge and I will continue to buy from them until I can no longer afford to, which I hope doesn’t happen.
