    I’ve never believed people who say “It worked when I plugged it in, but then never worked again.” Unfortunately, after getting this adapter, I now can relate to that. I was thrilled about the price, delivery, etc. I plugged it in & it worked. But before I knew it, I was no longer getting power. I contacted customer service & had an initial response asking about my purchase. I responded quickly but have not heard back since (about a month).

    This is my second attempt at a good adapter and this one only lasted me 1 month. My computer stays in one place all the time… yet the cord somehow doesn’t work after a months time!

    I had this for about a month and then it went out and I could not get it to work again. It doesn’t seem to be getting power to the box. Will not buy from this seller again.

    Had this for about a month now, and it’s worked pretty well. It was a surprise to get a grounded plug, though, so watch out for that. Cord’s pretty long, and the connector fits snugly enough.

    Two slight problems, though. Occasionally it will stop providing constant power, and begin to flick off every second or so. It still appears to provide power, it’s just worrying. The other is that the power converter box got loosened when I dropped it once, and is now able to opened. Again, it doesn’t stop it from charging, just a little worrying.
