    Worked for 3 weeks, went on vacation and when we returned it no longer worked. Of course it was outside the 30 day Amazon return period. I email the company and they told me to tell Amazon. I emailed them back and told them it was outside amazon’s 30 day return period and asked what they could do and now and they haven’t replied in over a week so far.

    This product did not work and the manufacturer would not replace (by SystemsIntegrationBusiness). Had to buy another one from a different manufacuturer.

    I thought this was a great deal until it stopped working two months later. I checked with a voltameter and the cord is dead already.

    This cord does power the laptop as I need it to. However, the part that connects the voltage inverter to the wall has an extremely fickle connection and often disconnects. It remains physically connected, but no electricity is flowing. We’re hoping that it’s the cord, which we can replace at Radioshack, but my suspicion is that there’s a loose connection inside the inverter.

    Charging cable from power supply to computer pulled out of power supply case with a medium tug. Unit failed within two hours of initial usage. This was not a big tug… After two weeks the AC connector in the unit also failed. Power supply would not work at all….Not a durable product and I do not recommend it.
