I love this product. Bought it from Amazon. It is easy to use. I never have any problem using it to my macbookpro. The white color is so Mac. I recommend this as an alternative to the expensive one.

Sorry, I am prejudiced due to my personal experience with the product. This product is not user friendly and flimsy in construction compared the one I bought for my Macbook from the Apple retail shop. This one not only does not look as nice as well as the Apple one and out of place with my state of the art Apple MacBook Pro: And it cracked open within a fortnight and I had to scotch taped it together. I hope the designers will consider design (shape) and sturdiness in the construction of the product. Nobody wants to buy a product even if it’s cheaper than the Apple one and have fall apart within a few weeks. I am disappointed and wished that I have spent a little more to buy the real authentic Apple adaptor. I want a product that’s durable and lasting.

Works great. Looks like the Apple adapter so I’m not sure if its not Apples. This is what is needed for the 2009 MacBooks

good price shipped fast it works fine I use it to connect a second monitor.

it is only about 6″ long a longer one would get the bulky connector a better distance from the computer

all in all it’s a good product
