I purchased this battery as a replacement for my original laptop battery. Initially the battery operated perfectly, but within 2 weeks, it would no longer hold a charge. I contacted the seller to arrange the return of the item and they responded promptly, but did not five an address to send the battery to. I contacted them again, with no response. After an additional email, I happened to find the address on my own and returned the item, with a letter describing the problem and a copy of my invoice. After 3 weeks with no contact, I emailed them yet again, with no response. I absolutely, positively would never recommend doing business with this seller to anyone.

In the description of the product it stated it was a 11.1v battery and when I received it it was a 10.8v. I went ahead and tried it anyway but when I connected it to the computer and tried to charge it, it did not work. The only thing good about this order was that it was returned for refund without a problem because of Amazon’s customer service.
