    I have to buy a new power adapter for my laptop every two or three months or so. Just like a previous review said, because of the position of where the adapter plugs into the laptop, it bends VERY easily and then stops working. Even if you just park your laptop, it will still end up bending somehow. I adore my laptop but, man, this power charger thing is getting old. HP really needs to come out with a new design where this doesn’t occur or the power plug is located somewhere more adapter-friendly.

    I bought this 90 W AC Adapter for my HP Pavillion dv5 and it works great! I’ve had to purchase other powercords in the past until I went on HP’s website and saw that I needed the 90 W instead of the 65W (which is the one they originally put in the packaging for my laptop)! This cord works great and doesn’t burn up like the 65W one used to. Also the length of this cord is great just like original cords (not a replacement part). Best thing of all this cord is a real HP product and it was cheap!!!! I would recommend this to anyone! Also, seller was great and sent cord very promptly!

    I was looking for my HP 90W Adapter all over the Internet, and the only place I found it was directly on HP. but then I found this vendor and I was a little afraid about the quality of the adapter due to the difference of price versus HP. But the adapter seems to be OEM and has a great quality. Plus, it arrived in 2 business days. For sure, I recommend to buy laptop adapters here instead of OEM dealers.
