    When I bought this product, there was an incorrect image posted so the product that the company shipped me was not what I had wanted. When I wrote them asking about returning it, they quickly told me that it was not their fault because “someone” uploaded the wrong image. If I wanted to return it, they would waive the FIFTEEN PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE, but I would not be reimbursed for either the initial shipping or the return shipping, despite the fact that they misrepresented their product. Additionally, the case itself is not very padded and rather stiff. Their return policy is ridiculous and customer service is abysmal. I am never using XTREQ again.

    It’s a piece of cardboard with neoprene stretched over it. This might be the junkiest sleeve I’ve ever seen. Even a slight touch leaves a permanent indentation in the cardboard insides and leaves a visible dent in the product. Already printed my return slip — Gotta love Amazon. Now I’ll order the Incase sleeve like everyone said I should in the beginning. So much for trying to save twenty bucks.

    I dont’t like that is kind of hard, and not that pretty.

    But I can’t complain since it was free, actually, by mistake I bought 2..for Free.

    It’s worth it if you are not that picky.

    I just got this item in the mail 30 minutes ago and when I opened the box to check it out, there were TWO HOLES in the material along the zipper. I guess there is no quality control person who checks merchandise before it is shipped out. You couldn’t miss seeing the neon wasabi green color coming through the two holes in the black… I guess this item will be returned on my way to work today. Disappointed and NOT happy.

    I had previously the incase, I loved it, it is softer than Be.ez.

    But I think the Be.ez offer more protection.
