Service was quick. It came with instructions how to fully charge the battery. I followed the steps regarding the cycle charge (disconnecting the battery once it reads fully charged and popping it back in). Just to be safe, I left it connected for the whole day. I’m beginning to think that each cell means 1 hour because after fully charging, the battery bar in the computer indicated around 5 hours 45 minutes. I suspect it could reach 6 hours as the number fluctuates depending on how many devices are connected to it. Overall I was pleased. I used this on the 8.9″ Acer One model and I am not disappointed.
