The product may be GREAT, but this seller’s customer service is a joke. They are rude, crude, and extremely unhelpful. They actually told me that they would not look for a package before it was shipped when I tried to cancel the order. They then charged me shipping both directions when I returned it, even though I tried to cancel the order BEFORE it was shipped. Don’t bother yourself with these guys. Amazon should drop them like a hot potato, kind of like I wish I would have done to the box of DVDs before I shipped it back.

The product offers good value. These disks are hard to find locally and when you do they cost about $1.10 apiece. Here they cost$.62.

Great product. Lightscribe is excellent way of labeling a disc. A number of pre-formatted images on-line available for free from the Lightscribe site. No errors in producing or copying images to HP-DVD’s.
