If I had an option to give them NO STARS, I WOULD. Unfortunately, that’s not an option. Waited for the item to come in, and when it did, it didn’t even work as it supposedly claimed it did. I purchased this item for a cousin who’s netbook model was listed on their list of what the adapter would work for. When it didn’t work, I was able to return it for a refund and thought “great, that was easy”. WRONG…I waited 3 weeks without getting anything. So when I contacted them, they didn’t know why I didn’t receive. Emails were exchanged back and forth with no answers until I suggested for them to look it up to see if and when/whom they sent it out to. Surprise, surprise, they didn’t even issue it to the right person or mailed it to the right address. I mean, the “BILLER’s INFORMATION” is collected for a reason right?? So when crap like this happens, the RIGHT person gets the refund. And it’s not like my info wasn’t on the return package. Apparently, they didn’t understand that, so what are they going to do about it?? Send me a “FREE GIFT” (worth $2 by the way) for my inconvenience. Thanks, let’s hope this “FREE GIFT” works, and if not, I wonder if I can return it for another one….

Very disappointed: product (laptop power supply) failed within two weeks of receipt. However, vendor (Sunvalleytek International Inc.) refunded purchase price quickly and cheerfully. They may have gotten stuck with some faulty merchandise, but they weren’t letting their customers suffer for it, which says a lot these days.

I purchased this charger as a replacement for my Acer AOD250-1695 Acer AOD250-1695 10.1-Inch Blue Netbook – Over 3 Hours of Battery Life (Windows 7 Starter)
This netbook was not listed as compatible with the charger. If you check the stats of the old charger: 19v 1.58a they are an exact match. I can only assume that those who had problems with the device didn’t check this before purchase.
